Elvis sandwich recipe



It's labor day and thanks that the life guards are still working. another great swimming day in 85 degree water. Then a quick-to-fix Elvis sandwich. yum - yum.


Recipe – Elvis Sandwich


White sandwich bread

Peanut Butter - smooth
Banana julienned
Bacon - cooked


Spread peanut butter on both pieces of bread

Julienne banana into ¼ inch slices, lay these onto on piece of the bread, peanut butter up.

Place a layer of bacon over the top of bananas

Put other piece of bread on top peanut butter side done.

Toast in a preheated oven at 275 degrees

That's all there is to it.
