JOB NUMBERS STINK& WALL STREET'S HEADED SOUTH

YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, but then the shit hits the fan. The stock market is plummeting and they are now using the R word. I might as well go over to the ocean. An empty home-made boat, about 30 feet long, floated in a couple of days ago. Was that a sign of the coming economy? With the jobs in trouble and disappearing the beach may be getting crowded. When i get back i will quick-cook a nice fish fillet with some vegetables.

Fish fillet with vegetables

Fish fillet - 1 pound (a firm fish is best)
Soy beans 1 cup
Broccoli florets – 1 cup
Brown Onion - ½ cup chopped
Olive oil
Chicken broth - 1 cup
Chili Stuff Bonanza Fish Mix – 1 tblsp. (or praprika & dill & diced garlic)

Heat large pan on medium. Add olive oil. Add the green soy beans and the chopped onion. Cook covered, for about five minutes, look in once in awhile and stir. Add the broccoli and cook just a couple of minutes then clear a space for the fish.

Place fish in pan and move it around while searing one side. Add half the broth. Cover again, cook for a couple of minutes. Always look in to make sure nothing is sticking or burning. Flip fish, then add the Bonanza Fish Mix to both fish and vegetables. Add the balance of the broth. Stir the vegetables, cover so lid vents, and cook for a couple of minutes. That’s it.

Place the fish on a plate. Spoon the vegetables around and over the fish and pour the balance of the juices over everything.
