AT THE BEACH - TUESDAY - GAZPACHO

The weekender crowds are gone and
the on-shore winds as well. Thr breezes have switched to
come from the North again, and the ocean is flat,
real smooth for great excercise. It is Florida friendly.
In the afternoon is a fine time for a glass of chilled Gazpacho.

Quick Recipe for GAZPACHO

Bell pepper - 1/2 , chopped
Onion - medium - chopped
Fresh tomatoes, 1/4'd and cored
Cucumber - peeled chopped -
Olive oil - 2 oz.
White wine vinegar - 1 oz.
Tomato juice- 2 cups
Celery - 3 stalks, chopped - goes in last
Chili Stuff Chili Mix - 2 tsp
San Marzzano Italian Tomates - 1 Can
hard boiled eggs -2- grated for garnish.

Bell pepper,onion, cucumber,tomatoes into a blender . add the olive oil, vinegar, chilimix and the tomato juice. After you blend everything chill the gazpacho in a refrigerator until cool.
Serve chilled with a sprinkle of grated egg on top.
