TWO QUICK DISHES
AVOCADO – CHILI OMELET
Eggs – 2 TBL
Butter – 2 TBL
Avocado, 1 sliced , ½ julienne sliced – use ½ per onelet
Chili Stuff Chili Mix – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 2 TBL
Whisk and cook in an omelet pan at medium with 2 TBL of butter and 2 TBL of olive oil.
As soon as eggs are solid, but move easily around the pan, arrange slice of avocado on one side and sprinkle with chili mix.
Fold other half over as you plate omelet and serve.
ARTICHOKE HEART, PASTA SALAD
Artchoke hearts - 1 jar
Farfalle - 1/2 lb.
italian sauage - 1/2 lb
Cook the farfalle for about 9 minutes and let coo. Recut the artichoke hearts smaller cut the sausage into bite sized pieces and brown. Mix everything together and drizzle over some italian dressing.l
