Sunshine and shallow water greet the beach goers today. The broadwalk in Hollywood will get crowded after noon.
Tomatoes stuffed with goat cheese
Roma Tomatoes – 8
Goat Cheese 8 oz. - at room temp
Chives – 1 bunch – chopped
Chili Stuff Chili Mix – 2 tsp
Olive oil
Black pepper, freshly ground
Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise & scoop out centers
Put the goat cheese in a bowl and blend in the chopped chives, black pepper, and chili mix. If you need to add a little olive oil to make things blend, this is the time.
Mix until creamy smooth.
Fill the tomato halves with the cream mixture and sprinkle extra chive pieces on top for color. Put the tomato halves on a plate and chill until serving.
