BEEF WITH BELL PEPPERS
Flank steak 2 lbs- cut crosswise , thin strips
Bell peppers red, yellow & Green - 1 each - julienne
Olive oil
Garlic 2 cloves minced
parsley - minced 3 TBL
Sea salt
Black pepper fresh ground
Peel, core and seed peppers. Then julienne them and steam for about 10 minutes.
Slice steak crosswise into thin strips. Heat pan with oil to hot, saute the steak quickly with the garlic and parsley.
Serve with wild rice
