PORK BURGERS with Chili Mix
Ground Pork – 1 ½ lb.
Onion, minced – 2/3 cup
Garlic, 1 clove – minced
Chili Stuff Chili Mix – 1 TBL
Olive oil – 2 TBL
Red wine vinegar – 1 TBL
Kosher salt
Black pepper, fresh ground
Parsley, dry – 1 TBL
Place ground pork into a large mixing bowl.
Use your fingers to not over mix
Add all the ingredients with a pinch each of salt & pepper.
Mix thoroughly too make 4 patties.
