3 bean salad
Kidney beans , cooked 1 ½ cups
Garbanzo beans, cooked 1 ½ cups
Green Beans, fresh 2 cups, cooked and cut into 1 ½ to 2 “ pcs.
Green onions - ½ cup chopped and sliced
Flat parsley - chopped ½ cup
DRESSING
OLIVE OIL - ½ cup
WINE VINEGAR 1 TBL
GARLIC - 1 clove, minced
RED PEPPER SPRINKLE TO TASTE
SEA SALT, PINCH TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER, PINCH TO TASTE
Toss together the salad ingredients. Whisk together the dress parts.
Drizzle over bean mix
